We carry out all sandblasting and protective painting onsite at our well-resourced Naval Base facility south of Perth. We are strategically located close to key transport routes for rapid arrival and dispatch of every asset.

Sandblasting

Sandblasting is the integral first step in achieving a high-calibre wear solution outcome. Sandblasting / abrasive blasting strips back a surface so that a new coating can be applied. The robustness of the subsequent protective coating is closely related to how well the surface was initially prepared via sandblasting.

Sandblasting is effective and affordable. Our experienced team apply their sandblasting skills within our large on-site booth, selecting the right equipment and blasting technique to ensure that the surface profile is adequately prepared for future works. We strip back most types of surfaces and have the capability to work with both wet and dry processes, including acid descaling (pickling).

Painting & Protective Coating Services

We are dedicated to promoting high asset availability and reliability for our clients, and painting / protective coatings are a significant piece of the productivity puzzle. Our experienced team take care in selecting the correct protective coating system for each unique asset and application. We stock a large range of protective coating options in-house, from single component enamels to polyurethanes and two pack epoxies.
